New song “Driving Like A Dream Car Should” Out now

Driving Like A Dream Car Should is the second song on the EP which will release later this year. The entire EP was written and recorded in Nashville Tennessee by producer Femke Weidema.

This one feels like a perfect feel good summer song, but in a cool way. The song definitely takes you to a sunny day in California and makes you want to jump in a car to go on a road trip with friends. Not only lyric wise. The songs has a huge “westcoast” vibe and feels very 70’s Americana.
Parlor writes about going away with a lover and escape life for a little bit and uses “the roadtrip” and the PCH in California as metaphors. You can definitely here Deborah’s old influences back in this song. A little bit of the production sounds of Fleetwood mac with a Shania Twain kind of melody with a modern and poppy twist.
